I just received a pair of Marine Town latches to start replacing the old Perkos. They have a little plastic bag with them that states “Included gasket eliminates the need for caulking. Plastic washers for screws are to prevent water penetration.” I don’t see a gasket in the packaging, but I do see three clear plastic washers. Should a have been included? Where do the washers go? I assume under the head of the two machine screws.
