I’ve got the bad relay issue with the ticking noise from the control panel. Service sent me a new panel. Anyone know if there are any “gitchas” to watch out for in changing out the panel?

i assume it’s got 4 nuts behind the panel holding it in place and press snap fit electrical connections to the rear of the panel. Seems straightforward, but if there are any lessons learned out there, please share em.

It is very simple and straight forward as you described. Just look under the dash and it is self explanatory!

I’ve found from experience that dirty or bad connections at the ground buss on the transom will cause the relays to “click” instead of engaging. They may look clean, but disconnect, clean, and reconnect before changing the panel.

Good suggestion to check the connections. You think they’d already be corroded or dirty on a 2019?

It’s electrical, and in 15yrs, I’ve found that time doesn’t always indicate good or bad.

Mine was siliconed in. I used a chisel to pry it loose. Take it slow.
