Only Bass Cat can answer this question…
It is/was listed as an option for the Pantera Classic. I wanted this option but I am told that I cannot get it. I asked why, and I was told it was removed to keep the cost of the boat down. If the pro aeration was a standard item initially and it was being removed for cost savings then that might make sense…but it is an option. Options are what a customer wants to pay extra for, and this is a pretty important option.
There are no cost savings when something is an option because the customer is willing to pay for it. The reason the customer selects this option is for fish care which should be available on every boat that you make and more importantly should be a priority. You label the Pantera Classic as an entry level boat but that should not mean that you remove something that serves a pretty important function such as being able to keep fish healthy so they can be released alive and ensuring that they survive.
So why is something like that this that serves an important function no longer for a customer to pay extra for?
