cyiworkmore, don’t forget that there is a “resettable fuse button” located just below the pump in switch so check that it is not sticking outward. If so, then push it back in to reset it and test everything again.
After checking that, the quickest test you could perform is to remove the “pump in” module and swap it with another module that works and then try it again. BCB has said that a pump module will work directly from the battery while still not working in the pump base. If the pump in function works with a different pump module then your existing module is bad.
