This is normal. I’ve had 3 or 4 brand new Cats and have used another 2 or 3 dealer boats and they have all done this. The tanks are equipped with a pressure valve that is mandated by the government for environmental reasons. I’m sure there is a fix, and that fix would be to rig and open vent to the atmosphere at all times like the old system.
