I’m looking for a Puma, cougar or lynx with a 4 stroke, low hrs give or take 55,000. Dual consul preferred. ready to buy and I can travel or have picked up.

i am seriously in market and have been looking for my retirement boat awhile .

i have it narrowed down to a Basscat puma/cougar or lynx (getting out of a 26yr old skeeter) . Want the 4 stroke cause I am out here in California where our laws try to restrict us at every turn and some lakes probably will not allow 2 strokes in the future

I did see your boat for sale weeks ago, very nice but it has a 2 stroke or would be perfect Love the colors

To explain in my not too distance past I’ve have had three different attempts to buy my boat all of which stating that someone else will pick it up ! Area codes from all over the U.S. Rather dangerous scam considering what folks have invested in their boats! If I offended someone it was out of a abundance of caution.

Chuck, no worries. I re read my post and it does sound a little like a few craigslist scams I’ve had tried on me. I am ready to buy though and since I’ve been on lockdown for a few weeks have probably looked at every boat for sale across the lower 48, I’ve realized not many BCB’s out here. So I’ll have to drive or have picked up Good luck on your boat sale and I wish it had the 4 stroke.

Yep, Had someone from Cali wanting to buy my Cougar and was legitimate but he deceided to wait because of the Covid Scare. I have previousely sold a boat to a guy from California so it does happen. However on the flip side I have had several inquires wanting to purchase the boat sight unseen with little or no knowledge of the boat. they only ask general questions like hours , condition, etc. Any serious buyer wants detailed info such as prop pitch, minor flaws, detailed equipment list, speed and hole shot. Not to hard to tell the scammers!! Cant be too careful. Joe Riley

I have a 2018 puma, but it has a Merc 2 stroke. Loaded extended warranty on motor approx 150 hrs. I am. wanting to upgrade to a Lynx. I would have my Puma for sale if i find a Lynx. Around the low 50’s.

Have a 2012 cougar with new 225 merc 4 stroke opti and new minn Kota ultrexmotor has about 12 hours or less
