The Bass Cat Sabre performs like a sports car with a great whole shot that jumps on plane quickly, is super responsive, and can draft in very skinny water. You will be hard pressed to find another 2002 model in this condition. The boat was built in June 2002 and I am the original owner buying it new from a local dealer in February 2003. It has been garage kept since day one and only uses ethanol free gas. This boat is ideal for an entry level angler to the advanced club or tournament angler. This is a fast 18 foot boat! The 150 Mercury XR6 still pushes this boat to 63.6/mph on the gps. This particular boat has the first ever custom A-Frame swing away tongue modified by the good folks at Bass Cat after I purchased the boat so it would store in my 19’ 10” garage.
