Mega Live Install

I’m upgrading my electronics and adding a Mega 360 and Mega Live.

The question I have is, can you mount the Mega Live to the Mega 360 shaft instead of the trolling motor shaft to keep the Mega Live from turning with the trolling motor shaft? Especially when in spotlock.

Any help would be appreciated!!

No, it’s not meant for that – need to mount it to your trolling motor shaft or get a 3rd party mount. I will say it works really well mounted on the trolling motor shaft…it’s fun watching them swim around and not bite your bait! LOL!!!
