size of screw and kind that secures the rod holders

Hello, would like to remove rod holders inside pantera 2023 center box. I already stripped one screw thinking it was a phillips. Anybody know what kind and size screw that is?

I would imagine it’s a #2 square drive. BCB has been using them forever.
