I’m wanting to add a battery tray in front of the starting battery tray. I noticed that there is some kind of sealant under each of the screws in the tray (silicone i guess). Anyway it got me thinking of how deep i can drill some screw holes without, (will you know what i’m thinking.) My luck would be to go too deep and end up, (you know the answer to that too.) So what do you think a 1/2″, 3/4? Don’t screw it down use duck tape instead! Seriously if there’s a better way then screws i’m open to your opinions. Thanks
