Many prayers to Nathan for a recovery from this bad accident so that he can return to a normal kids life to grow up and be with his family. Many prayers to his family so that they remain strong and positive for Nathan. May God Bless you Nathan and hold his healing hand upon you.

The only answer is to ask for prayer and God to handle this. The surgeons and hospital will do the best they can, though prayer is the answer. Thank you for sharing this here and we will put he and his family in our prayers.

Thanks bcb, la and all who are praying. He made it through the night and several surgeries with many more to go. They found more bleeding, 5 broken ribs and a cracked vert. but he is still hanging in strong. Please keep them coming!!! I know we have a bunch of folks in the woods this week, did I mention wear your safety vests? You know he is in good hands, hes in a SEC hospital.

Im speechless. Im finally home and got mom to bed because we have a long day tomorrow. What do I do? Go to my other family (Basscat website) and see this. Thank all of you who have called, emailed, and text today and this week. Some of you i have gotten to speak with today and others i will talk to tomorrow. My fathers pain is over and he has gone to be with the Lord. I thank him for the times we got to share on the water together since I was a young kid and for bringing me up in this wonderful sport. Hug your dad today.
