As much as I would love a new set of Prowler rims, they just arent in the budget at this time. Ive always disliked my beat up aluminum rims, so instead of replacing them, I Plasti dipped them instead. It doesnt really change improve the look that much, but it was a fun winter project and only cost me $30 for 2 cans. Those 2 cans allowed me to do all 5 tires. The best part is, if I dont like it, it peels right off.
Tip: if you do this, place the cans in hot water to thin out the spray, especially if you’re doing this in a cold setting. Also, use a hair dryer to dry each coat.
