									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok I was able to get under the dash and take a look. I finally was able to determine the noise is coming from somewhere under the dash. It sounds like a small air leak, obviously that is not what it is. Anyway I unplugged the ribbon connector from a circuit board to see if that would kill the noise. It did not. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The battery went dead in my 08 Sabre, when I plugged it in to charge the batteries I got a tone similar to the tone when you start the motor. It went from a tone to just a barely audible buzz coming from the battery compartment. The charger brought the batteries up but I am assuming the buzzing will drain the batteries again.
