									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>#3 MINOR</strong> Even though I am finished with my colour selections the submit button is greyed out. (Which I assume means I am not finished).  If I click the submit button it processes looking for what is missing but then takes me to the final screen as it is complete.
