									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I replaced the torsion arms and hubs several weeks ago. I got my mechanic to adjust the surge brakes and thought all was good. Something is wrong as the truck is feeling the load and it’s like the brakes are dragging. I took the trailer for a 12 mile run and the hubs are too hot to touch. Totally my fault as I had seen the grease on the inside of the wheel and didn’t think it was too bad. Again just brain fade. Anyway, I’ve order 4 all new torsion hubs with calibers to install this weekend. The dumb question is are they already greased? Found that it’s the seal in the 2 small piston shafts for the tilt trim. Not the main piston. Is only new seals required and reload hydraulic fluids?</p>
