									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>2005 Pantera Classic and recently am having bilge pump issues.  It has worked fine all summer.   When I went to the barn today I noticed that the manual bilge light on the control panel was on.  Possibly it got left on.  Not sure if that tripped a breaker or caused some other issue.  Everything else on the control panel works normally</p>
