									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since these years have the odd man 245  hp max rating back then, does BCB offer a recertification program to get the Coast Guard/NMMA plaque updated to 250 hp (since nothing is available any longer thats in-between 225 and 250)&#8230;.or are we stuck with 225 forever?  Thanks. Sorry for the new-guy question.</p>
