									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been in heavy rains and checked it while fishing and it is dry, put it on the trailer and go to to the hotel and check it in the morning and it will have cup fulls of water in the bottom at the lowest point where the rods butt end are.</p>

<p>I need a little help with a couple issues. First one is my port side rod compartment gets quite a bit of water in it. (Single console). It&#8217;s not coming from the latch or the seal.</p>
