									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>SLumpp, Thanks again for the advice. I did get with the Bass Cat dealer and he suggested that the 23 pitch prop needs to be changed to a 21 pitch.  I explained to him how long it took to get on plane.  I&#8217;ll try this before removing my talons.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I wish it was that simple, the Perko valve was installed roughly 8 inches in the hose on the tank side.  Could be that when they installed the hose, they installed it end for end (the filler tube side on the tank side).  And this is the reason why the flow arrow on the Perko valve was backwards.</p>

I am using a 5 gal gas can with a long spout, I have even tried putting the spout as far down the filler neck as it will go, still have the filler tube fill up. Thanks</p>
