									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had the same problem with my 2012 Cougar.  I was going to replace it with a newer graph or but there was not enough fiberglass around the &#8220;hole&#8221; on the dash to mount a different/larger graph.  I ended up keeping my 1198 and using it for a map and installing a second graph (Solix 12) on a mount on the right side of the dash.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span><img loading="lazy" src="https://basscat.com/forum/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/IMG_20220422_101526261.jpg" /> </span>I need to replace the bow strap on my 2012 Cougar.  Somehow the locking hook it got damaged so I need to replace it.  With the stem being welded onto the post where the winch is mounted, I can&#8217;t figure out how to get o the bolts that hold the winch down or the bolt that anchors the strap itself.  Any ideas?</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How do I replace the strap on my trailer winch?  I have a step on top of the winch which is welded on.  I can&#8217;t figure out how to replace the strap.  The hook latch on the winch strap broke and needs to be replaced.  I have the strap.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m guessing there is an easy solution that I just cannot see.</p>
