									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My Pump In has quit working.  I do not hear the relay clicking behind the panel like I do when I press the Pump Out or the ACC switch.  Does my Pro Air panel need replaced?  I have disconnected it and reconnected without any change.  I have also disconnected and reconnected the A10 panel as well.</p>
