In order to fill you need to get the jack plate all the way up. Use a floor jack to raise the engine. What’s your top end rpm’s?  Not many will be running a sport master case on a bcb. So you might have to wait until bcb jumps on. I don’t get the sport master case with a fury 4 prop but if that’s what you like them ok.</p>
