									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Suddenly, I have no power to anything from the starter battery on my 2010 Sabre. I have switched batteries and am certain the battery is good. I have also replaced the circuit breaker and tested to confirm I have power coming out of it.</p>
<p>The boat has a “mater panel” next to the driver’s seat (see picture) but it is riveted in place.</p>
