with the optimax I ran the 25 fury 4 with all the plugs out

so I believe with a 300 and you going to a 4 blade fury 4 it should be plenty prop for your boat

alternator is producing voltage and battery has voltage

but alternator not charging battery when motor revs up which is eventually throwing me in limp mode for dead battery and code “WF” why is it not charging ?

fuses all good , and is not voltage regulator
