Is there anything I should be concerned with this combo? I assume the 2008 hull is sufficient for the extra weight of the 4 stroke?

Any idea of a fair price? Motor has less than 100 hours. Boat has 3 Lowrance HDS 12 graphs and Minn Kota Ultrex 80.
