									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On my recently purchased Pantera IV, the previous owner told me he never used the rear tanks, only the under-seat tank. So, I&#8217;m not sure they have ever been used, but I do know it has been possibly a decade since they were used seriously.</p>
