									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Check the ignition switch. If it&#8217;s not supplying 12 volts to the ECU the engine will crank but won&#8217;t start. You can verify that the ECU is being powered up by turning the key and listening to see if the fuel pump(VST) is turning on.</p>
