									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The reason I need to remove the cap is due to finding termites under the floor when I was tearing out the floor to replace it.  I need to replace most of the stringers as well.  I thought removing the cap would make this process easier.  I have removed all the floor as well as foam between stingers.</p>
