I know the Sabre is quicker but how much stability am I going to give up between the 2 boats?  Also will a newer model Sabre be more stable?

first post and not really tech guy so bear with me. I had a 89 margay for awhile and sold it only because it rocked pretty bad when hit by side waves from boat traffic. I am looking at a 95 carcal and a 03 Sabre. Which one would be better than the margay and would it be a big difference?
