									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had the same exact issue on my ‘04 P4. Took the plate off and sent it back to them. $500.00 later it was new with the mercury trim pump. This thing has functioned flawlessly since. I actually prefer this jack plate over all others.  I hope Sea Star makes it work long term. IMHO this is the best jack plate. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It’s really simple, I changed the seats to the new style in my ‘04 Pantera IV. The easiest way to do so is to take all the screws out on the perimeter of your seat pan. Then remove the seat pan with the seats and set it on two saw horses.
