How do a lock the trailer coupler to the receiver hitch ball on an 88 bass cat Pantera trailer? There is a hole that says lock on it but it does seem to keep you from releasing the coupler. I was about to order the Seastar SS152xx NFB&#x2122; Pro Rack Rack &amp; Pinion Steering Kit with 13&#8242; Dual Steering Cable kit. Is this my best option for repairing the steering? Looks like the kit is about $450.
