									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks guys.  I&#8217;ll double check the battery and take a look at the terminal block again.  A brief glance didn&#8217;t show anything that looked wrong but I&#8217;ll double check.</p>
<p>BassCat &#8211; is there a specific placement order for the wires on the terminal block?  Would be nice to have a place to start my search.  Thanks.</p>
