<p>Not Charging &#8211; 13.47</p>
<p>Car batter &#8211; 12.8</p>
<p>How do my numbers and multimeter setting look?  If ok, I was considering trying to test for parasitic draw next via the terminal block.</p>

They said it was severely depleted (but not bad) and questioned if my boat was capable of charging it. <p>I do have 2x Helix 10s&#8230;didnt consider the electronics.</p>
<p>I think its covered under an 18 month warranty, but it sounds like I should get another brand. Has anyone tried to apply a warranty credit to another brand?</p>
