So had some fuel that got water in it. Siphoned out the tank. Was wondering if I can run some heet in the new fuel along with some star tron stabilizer or any other ideas?

Have a 91 pantera II with a 200 mercury. Went to start it the other day and it turned over but didn’t start (not unusual for it) went to try it again and absolutely nothing.
