<p>I am getting only 5 volts out of the A10 panel for the automatic bilge pump wire instead of battery voltage, thus the pump won&#8217;t work. I checked this voltage right at the brown white wire on the a10 cable harness. But, if I order a new A10 and this somehow does not solve the problem, is it returnable?</p>
