The bow trim is wired off the trim at your console so you will need to check the connections at the bow switches. If you call minnkota with your serial # they can tell you if it’s still under warranty as they come with 2yr warranty’s and then direct you to a authorized service center. If it’s out of warranty the pressure switches are not that expensive and you can change it yourself with minimal tools</p>

As far as the rear where the rod butts go that is glassed into the boat I wouldn’t attempt to take that out as it doesn’t take up much space and you will want it there for if you ever decide to put the rod tubes back in or when you sell the boat</p>

Just cut out the old butt connections and use new ones hooking up power and grounds together!</p>

If not it probably got  pushed into the side hole under the dash where all your wiring comes out and not in there very far!
