									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am trying to come up with a better rod holding mechanism than the standard velcro straps that come on the Cougar FTD. I would love to install rod buckles on my Cat but I can&#8217;t seem to find a simple way to do it without cutting into the fiberglass gunwales. Any ideas here? Getting on pad is silly fast at 50% throttle and at WOT ,fully trimmed down I&#8217;m getting 5000 rpms &amp; 51-52mph. I&#8217;ll be working on trimming up now that I have about 2 hours on the engine but I&#8217;d like to know what props people are running, speed and RPM&#8217;s. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just had my 2022 Cougar FTD out to break in the motor and when I try to fill the livewell it wont keep water. The switch is on auto and the pumps are working but it will hardly get to 20% full. Any experience with this?</p>
