Try taking the vent line off the tank and see if there is some liquid in the line blocking it. Before i rerouted the vent line a little bit, this happened to me all the time.</p>

With mine, hole shot is good with 2 guys and a middle of the road load. It is still acceptable with livewell full. When the float is all the way up, it reads full. As I pull the float down towards about 60% it is reasonably accurate and reads a hair over 1/2 a tank. Then funny things start to happen. After running my new classic with the 150 for a half dozen times with the 23p Fury it came with, it became pretty obvious the prop was all wrong for this rig. I was all over the rev limiter way too early. Tried to lower the motor to about 1 inch below flush on the jack plate and still pushing 6100. Something I&#8217;ll pay more attention to next time out. Your right about not needing a lot of trim. At WOT I do not need to trim up very much to get to 6000 RPM.
