									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You were right.   There were two other bolts under the right cover plate.  I also figured out where the access panel was &#8211; in the well where the foot pedal sits.   Was able to tighten up all the bolts and we are tight and ready to roll.   THANKS AGAIN!</p>
