Because, some of the issues might not be Bass Cat&#8217;s fault&#8230;could&#8217;ve been the previous owner(s). The foam in the bag looks like a DIY solution. The loose carpet could be from running cables or rods in and out. Doesn&#8217;t seem fair to call the company out these issues on a used rig.
