I have new fuel lines to replace mine, but I have not been able to find an access to the tank end of the fuel line on my 2005 Classic. On the drivers side it goes through the wall, but I cannot find an access panel or a way to access it where it attached to the under seat tanks. Any help is appreciated.thanks,Jon

Are you just replacing lines because of ethanol compatibility or some other issue? If because of ethanol, only need to replace from tank switch “T” to motor intake. If you do a search on here, there is a lot of info. I had to replace mine because I had the old gray lines but I had the shop do the install after getting the kit from BCB.

I am replacing for the ethanol. I only have the one tank and did not see a “T” on the hose from the motor to where it went behind the driver side rear storage compartment. I assumed there was a way to get to the connection behind there somewhere but I cant find one.thanks again,Jon

I think you will have to pull the seat assembly to access the gas tank.

I could be wrong but I think the classic has a rear tank. If you have just one tank what you are changing the the line that has the bulb on it probably grey right now. On my motor it dissapeared inside the webbing that venclosed all the wires going to the motor. Inside this covering there was a connector that connected the grey tubing to the motor tubing (black). Just replace the grey tubing with the new compliant stuff. If the tank is under the seat than I think access is under the seat also.Irv

The fuel lines in an 05 Pantera Classic are A1 or A2 lines and do not need to be replaced. Only the rear tank line to the engine (grey) is required to be replaced Mercury. On other brands it depends on what the lines are coming from the tanks.
