06 Puma Dash

I have an 06 Puma w/ Lowrance 332C installed in the dash. Is it possible to replace this with a larger Humminbird unit (998c) Iam thinking that BassCat changed shape of the newer dash. I have looked and cannot find a place to use a ram mount. Also, do I need to use some kind of special bezal to mount?

You should be able to remove the unit and get a mounting bracket from Bass Cat to cover your needs. The newer consoles didnt play a role until the 2011 models and a 998 should cover the hole left by a 332C. Give Bass Cat a call and ask for parts. They will be able to tell you and sell you what you need to do the job!

I have heard of some guys that dont like the 998 in the dash due to the sun reflection on the screen. You can use a RAM mount in front of the gear shift, many puma owners have done this.
