First a small back story, in November 2014 I purchased a 2015 Eyra. What an amazing rig! In Feb 2015 I began having some issues with the boat. 9 issues total between Feb and Aug 2015 costing me many weeks off the water. My frustrations where very high and I posted my concerns about quality control on this site several times. Now 14 months later…..since my issues I have inspected the new Cats as they came out in 2016 and now 2017. I am very happy to report that EVERY issue has been resolved. Not only with my boat but they have corrected those issues for future boats. Down to the last detail of changing the steering wheel so the paint doesnt peel. My heated frustrations where Absolutely heard and corrected, not just for me but, for future customers. So being a man of integrity I am proud to say I stand corrected. While there were multiple issues with my boat, this company does not have quality control issues of any kind! Quality control is the realization of defects and putting the R&D into correcting the defects. Bass Cat you have done exactly that. You have a family member for life in me. Thank you for taking the time to deal with my issues and professionally putting up with a disgruntled Sailor. You are truly the leaders of the industry and #1 in what matters most, customer satisfaction and quality!
