What does floor needs some work mean? Does it need fiberglass work, or just carpet?

the floor needs repairs as also the fiberglass. he is willing to come way down on the price now that he knows it has a hole in the bottom a real good fixer upper. the motor and trolling motor are in very good shape. hardly ever use it. the fold down seats is new as well as the cover.
