Which 1995 Evinrude are you running? HP of the engine? I can probably help you on this one.Carky

i have a 94 johnson 150 with the same ignition system. mine is supposed to be around 5400 rpms. yours is probably about the same.
These engine typically peak from 5100 to 5400 rpms. Hope this helps.
94 Johnson 150 60degree V6. ran it yesterday and full throttle maxed out 5400RPM, with a 25 pitch 4 blade prop.
