Im in the process of ordering power poles and would like to know if anybody can tell me which is the best bracket for a Cougar FTD.My second question is a topic thats been beat to death but i gotta ask. Whats the best prop for a 250HO on a Cougar FTD? Any stats would be appreciated.

Scott I assume you have a new 250ho with SLE case. 1.85 ratio. If I remember most folks sling the 27 fury? If you have Atlas plate u get to use the dual braced bracket. Its the bracket for the 10 poles. If its a detwiler you gotta use the pkm 2-6 I believe.C.O.D. Jr. III

Ward thanks for the tips. Didnt realize that i would need a different bracket based on the jack plate. your probably right about the prop also. Im running a 26 Fury that hits the rev limiter easily.
