200 EFI Idle problem

I have a 98 200 EFI that will not stay running at idle speed (in neutral) unless the throttle is engaged & also, same problem when in gear at low RPMs. Seems to be okay once it gets on plane. I have changed the plugs & also the water separator/fuel filter but problem still exists. Any suggestions???

It could be time to rebuild those throttle bodies>? Though we think a qualified technician is in order. BCB

I had idle problem when I had a back VR.
