Im buying my first Bass Cat, a 2000 Cougar. The only thing that I have a problem with, I Im used to a full flipping deck. I contacted Bass Cat and they said that they no longer have a mold for the boat, so I was out of luck. I could make one from marine grade plywood, I own a cabinet shop it wouldnt be a huge deal, but Id rather have one from something lighter. Anyone had any experience with this?
