You cannot change the consoles as they are part of the cap, but I an sure if you had the money and time somebody could cut out the old one and glass in something new, but probably kiss your hull warranty goodbye, You can update the seats to the newer buckets like I did in my 01 P3, but your wait time might be extremely long if the factory is even selling them again. Like almost every company they are backed up waiting on certain items. Cutting into the rear deck for storage is also a big no, though you could remove 1 fuel tank and build something in it’s place, though you would be limiting your range. I spent about 12k updating my 01′ P3 last year and except for fixing some cracks and old holes from depth finder and such, I had it ceramic coated (and I didn’t get to the trailer yet). It is up to you, but for what you are wanting to change I would probably sell it and get a newer model for a lot less.
