I can lift the center of the seat and see the two main screws but the backs are solid. What is the trick to find the screws or bolts holding the back from coming loose? I want to clean them for one but both seats have bad rubber grommets and I want to replace them and make them both more secure. The drivers seat moves around and I would prefer they are solid. I know I can come up with something once I get them off. Any help is great guys! Thanks!

Ok guys, after a lot of looking and trying not to break anything I was able to figure out what an 8 year old would have figured out before typing to you guys! lol at myself! The backs have velcro and well, that gives me access to the screws!So my next question, any tips on getting the rotten rubber grommets out without damaging the fiberglass around the edges?

I have an 04 pantera iv,if your setup is anything like my mine-you have to take out your seat pan.you will not be able to get those out from the top side without cutting them,which will leave the bottom part rattling around.those grommets with the threads in them are not available from parts dept. i tried to track some down and I looked everywhere possible. I believe they were made for basscat.i used stainless bolts with stainless fender washers and nylock stainless nuts.its the best option I could find.
